Who we are
This website is run by Rebellious Digital Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 15753965). We are the controller of the personal data described here, and we are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under number ZB789970.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to reply to you and run the site:
- Enquiries. Your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and your message, when you use a contact form or email us.
- Clients. Contact and billing details, and the content and logins you share with us to build or look after your site.
- Site visits. How the site is used, through Google Analytics if you accept cookies, and Vercel Web Analytics, which uses none: pages viewed, rough location, device and browser. This does not tell us who you are.
How we use it, and why
- To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote, because you asked us to (steps before a contract).
- To deliver, host and support the work you have asked for (performance of a contract).
- To send invoices and keep financial records (legal obligation).
- To understand how the site is used and improve it (legitimate interests, or your consent where the law requires it).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for six years after our last invoice, as the law requires for accounts.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to limit or object to how we use it, or to move it elsewhere. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
