01Migration
Move to WordPress without starting from scratch.
WordPress migration should not cost you your rankings or your content. We move sites from Wix, Squarespace and older WordPress builds to a fast, secure WordPress website that you own and can edit, with your content and images carried across. We can also move a WordPress site to a new hosting provider.
The part most migrations get wrong is search. When a page address changes and nothing points the old one to the new one, Google sees a missing page and your rankings can drop. We redirect every old URL to its new page, so you keep the rankings you have earned.
Want the site rebuilt rather than just moved? See our WordPress development. Want it found? See our SEO services.
- Content and images carried across
- Every old URL redirected
- A site you own and can edit
- Rankings protected through the move
- Your content and images
- Every page address, redirected
- Your search rankings
- A site you control
02What we move
What a migration covers.
From a small brochure site to a larger one. We agree what moves, and what is rebuilt, before anything starts.
From Squarespace
Your site moved to WordPress, with the design carried over or refreshed, whichever suits you.
From an old WordPress build
A tired or slow WordPress site rebuilt on a clean custom theme, with your content and rankings kept.
Redirects and rankings
Every old URL pointed at its new page, so search engines and visitors land in the right place.
A faster site
Heavy platforms and old themes slow a site down. A lean WordPress build loads faster.
Moving host
Already on WordPress but unhappy with your hosting? We can move your site, email and DNS to a new hosting provider.
