Our care plans start from £40 per month for updates and checks. We do the work and keep you informed, so you can get on with running your business. If something does go wrong, you speak to someone who knows your site.

We still answer the phone.It is the regular work that keeps a WordPress website healthy: updating WordPress, your theme and your plugins, taking backups, and checking for security problems. Done regularly, it keeps your site fast, secure and working, and stops small issues turning into expensive ones.
Our care plans start from £40 per month for updates and checks. Plans that also include hosting or extra support are quoted for your site, so you know the cost before you commit. Work outside your plan, such as new pages or design changes, is charged at £40 an hour.
WordPress, themes and plugins are updated often, partly to fix security problems. When updates are missed, your site becomes easier to attack, can slow down, and can stop working when something falls out of step with the rest. Regular care avoids that.
A site that is down or not responding is a critical issue, and our highest priority. We aim to start work within 1 hour of it being reported during working hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm. Our service level agreement sets this out in full.
Usually, yes. We look over the site first and tell you honestly if it needs work before a care plan makes sense, so you are not paying to maintain something that needs fixing.
