Ending the chaos of vague client feedback emails and scattered spreadsheets.
Every web agency and WordPress developer knows the pain of receiving feedback across ten different emails, blurred phone photos of a laptop screen, and Slack messages that say "the button is broken" without mentioning which page or browser.
We set out to build a commercial WordPress plugin that lets clients and QA testers simply click any element on the live site, capture an automatic screenshot with full browser and viewport metadata, and turn it straight into a trackable task inside WordPress.

We engineered the Annotatr plugin using React, TypeScript and custom WordPress REST API endpoints. On the front end, a lightweight overlay lets users pin comments directly to page elements and captures an automatic screenshot along with OS, browser, screen resolution and URL data.
Inside the WordPress dashboard, teams manage every report across interactive Kanban, List and Timeline views with assignees, priorities, statuses and due dates. Alongside the plugin, we designed the brand identity and built annotatr.co.uk as a custom WordPress block theme.
